Program structure, schedules, and content may be updated periodically to improve quality and outcomes.
3. Enrollment & Payment Terms
✓ Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment of applicable fees.
✓ Fees must be paid within the specified timeline.
✓ Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of access to classes.
✓ All fees are subject to revision with prior notice.
4. Refund Policy
✓ Trial sessions (if offered) allow learners to evaluate our teaching approach before enrollment.
✓ Once enrolled, fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
✓ Any approved refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Attendance & Conduct
Students are expected to:
✓ Attend sessions regularly and punctually
✓ Maintain respectful behaviour toward mentors and peers
✓ Follow classroom guidelines and academic integrity standards
ToppersHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment in cases of misconduct.
6. Online Learning Policy
For online or hybrid sessions:
✓ Students must ensure stable internet connectivity.
✓ Classes may not be recorded or distributed without prior permission.
✓ Sharing login credentials or course materials is strictly prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, study resources, and training modules provided by ToppersHub are the intellectual property of ToppersHub. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver high-quality educational outcomes, individual results may vary based on effort, participation, and learning consistency. ToppersHub shall not be held liable for:
✓ Technical disruptions beyond our control
✓ Indirect or consequential damages
✓ Academic results influenced by external factors
